AEROBICS
We boast twice as many classes as over half of the area's health centers! That means you have no excuse for not working out. We have two spacious aerobics studios featuring a specially designed suspended hardwood floor that reduces stress on your joints, making your workout safer and more enjoyable. From Step, Urban Rebound, Kickbox to Body Pump, we have everything.
SPINNING
Spinning is a unique indoor stationary cycling program created in the 1980s by world-class cyclist Jonathan Goldberg, a.k.a. "Johnny G." This efficient, high-energy group exercise integrates music, camaraderie and visualization in a complete mind/body exercise routine. Participants use specially designed Johnny G Spinner® stationary bikes, manufactured by Schwinn®.
Put the pedal to the metal in our state of the art Spinning Studio complete with black lights for ambience, a kick-butt stereo system, and fans to keep you cool while you sweat and spin your body into shape. We feature several levels of Spinning including instructional classes for first-timers and higher intensity rides for professionals. Rides include: Beginner Spin, Senior Spin, Endurance Spin, Strength, and Race Day Spin Rides.
