AEROBICS
We boast twice as many classes as over half of the city's health centers! That means you have no excuse for not working out. We have two spacious aerobics studios featuring a specially designed suspended hardwood floor that reduces stress on your joints, making your workout safer and more enjoyable. From Step to Kickboxing, Forza, IntenSati to Body Pump, we have everything.
SPINNING
Spinning is a unique indoor stationary cycling program created in the 1980s by world-class cyclist Jonathan Goldberg, a.k.a. "Johnny G." This efficient, high-energy group exercise integrates music, camaraderie and visualization in a complete mind/body exercise routine. Participants use specially designed Johnny G Spinner® stationary bikes, manufactured by Schwinn®.
Put the pedal to the metal in our state of the art Spinning Studio complete with black lights for ambience, a kick-butt stereo system, and fans to keep you cool while you sweat and spin your body into shape. We feature several levels of Spinning including instructional classes for first-timers and higher intensity rides for professionals. Rides include: Beginner Spin, Senior Spin, Endurance Spin, Strength, and Race Day Spin Rides.

With four locations in the tri-state area, AquaHab Physical Therapy offers the most advanced aquatic and land therapies available today.
If you are suffering from joint or muscle pain or stiffness from surgery, you owe it to yourself to get the best care possible. More than 1,000 area physicians have referred patients of all ages to our facilities. The Center accepts workman's compensation, auto and personal insurance, major medical, and Medicare.
The size and scope of our three facilities is virtually unmatched. AquaHab Physical Therapy utilizes nearly one million gallons of water to aid in recovery of all orthopedic problems regardless of severity. From acute, post-operative loss of function to chronic and painful conditions, the water properties help the clients perform easier and more efficiently until they are land ready. Each facility has a deep water pool to enable faster recovery, and a warm water (94°) pool to relax muscles and create an inviting environment for therapist/patient contact.
To make the transition from therapy to a regular exercise routine a smooth one, each site is also home to The Aquatic and Fitness Center offering a wide range of group exercise classes, the latest in cardiovascular and strength equipment and a knowledgeable and friendly staff.

ADULT & YOUTH TENNIS
Kevin Ryan Total Tennis is dedicated to teaching the “Total Tennis Player.” Our philosophy is built on the idea that success in tennis is not just about winning and losing it is also about the process of acquiring mental and physical skills that help one to be truly successful on and off the court. Our junior programs focus on developing character by emphasizing hard work, discipline, fortitude and perseverance in a fun environment. We ensure our staff pros are able to be role models of good moral behavior and tennis etiquette. We try to motivate students towards great performance (performance goals), which ultimately leads to achieving outcome-related goals (tournament wins, rankings etc.).
At KRTT, we have developed teaching systems that focus on the tactical, technical, physiological and psychological components of playing a TOTAL GAME. The use of innovative educational systems allows our students to learn through both traditional and discovery learning approaches. We believe the discovery learning approach enhances both the learning and the decision-making process.
Lastly, KRTT’s “game-based” model of teaching specializes in teaching the technical and tactical aspects concurrently to achieve a well-rounded player. We believe that teaching the physiological and psychological components of tennis will enhance and support good technique and a well–developed tactical approach to competition. We strive to design cutting-edge curriculums that combine the above components so our junior players become TOTAL PLAYERS!
