AQUATICS

	A.A.R.P (The Arthritis Program) The Center For Aquatic Rehabilitation is the proud sponsor of AARP. The program provides gentle movements and activities under the guidance of trained personnel to help increase mobility, muscle strength, and stamina. Pre-registration is required as enrollment is limited.

What sets our facility apart from the area's top fitness clubs is our aquatics program. We have a sparkling indoor heated pool and offer a variety of rehabilitative and aerobic activities..

PROGRAMS
Water Babies (6 to 36 months)
Parents must accompany child into the water. This program gets your younger ones water adjusted while you have fun with them in the water, making a great time for parent to bond with their child.

8 Half hour group classes
Member - $100
Non Member - $125.

Private Swim Lesson Prices – (For All Ages)
Private Lessons consist of 1 patron per instructor and you must sign up with instructor before first payment. For families with more than one child, they will receive a 10% discount on each additional child after the eldest. Swim Team – (5 to 12 yrs old)
Swim Team is a non competitive prep course for all children who wish to eventually be on a competitive swim team or just want further instruction on proper stroke mechanics and more.
