Core Fusion - a fusion of Yoga and Pilates - all levels
Mat Pilates - method of exercise focusing on core and postural muscles to help condition the body evenly and that are essential for supporting the spine.- all levels
Tai Chi - a system using chi or vital force to improve overall health - all levels
Yoga/Hatha Yoga - total mind body practice using postures, breath, and deep relaxation- all levels
Vinyasa Yoga - flowing non-stop movement - intermediate level
Athletic Yoga - a step above vinyasa, adding pushups, lunges making a more vigorous class - intermediate level
Yoga/Pilates - a fusion of Yoga and Pilates - all levels
