Your personal training analysis and plan will include:
Fitness Test
An assessment of your present fitness level including body measurement, body fat testing, resting heart rate, body fat, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, and restructuring of your current fitness system.
Nutritional Consultation Our nutritionist can help you develop a personal fitness plan for healthy eating and weight management.
You will: Learn to eat right
Make wise food choices
Lose weight and keep it off
Reach your goal weight safely
Learn how to work with your busy schedule and still eat healthy. Also, learn the importance of balance in your diet and how to get it.
Regular Re-Evaluations
Maintenance plans and regular re-evaluations can be scheduled with your personal trainer every 6-8 weeks as needed.

180 Degree Team Weight Loss Challenge
1 Trainer. 3 teammates.
2x per week for 10 weeks.
How it works: you and two buddies form a team and train twice per week for 10 weeks. Under the guidance of your Trainer, whichever team loses the most weight (in lbs) in ten weeks wins $150 Visa Gift Cards for each teammate!
There is also a prize for the individual who loses the most weight in pounds.
