Barre-balance combines standing PIilates with Yoga and Ballet Barre movements. It is a low impact, high intensity cardio combination. We focus on building strength with high rep fat burning along with flexibility! It will target all major muscle groups, strengthen your core and improve your posture. AFC is the only club in the area to offer group training - space is very limited!
Pilates at the next level with the use of the Reformer machines to provide resistance. You will elongate the muscles while strengthening and utilizing the core as your base. These classes may also help alleviate back pain, lengthen shortened, tight muscles and make the body perform better. Reformer Pilates also improves stamina as well as improves breathing techniques most beneficial during a workout.
This class incorporates ballet and yoga in addition to teaching other body strengthening techniques. It is designed so anyone can participate without high impact. It will improve muscle tone, strength, posture, flexibility and balance. The ballet aspect features movement with light weights combined with Pilates on a mat. You will see toned, balanced results and an overall strong physique.
