PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal Training is not just for athletes. It is not just about having bigger arms or a thinner waist. Personal training is a way for you to get the individual attention, motivation and guidance that you need to perform, look and feel your best.

When it comes to Personal Training, it should be just that, "personal." Our Certified Personal Trainers will take time to evaluate your needs and goals. We will help you identify and avoid obstacles that may distract you from those goals. And, we will help you to maximize your results by focusing your time and effort to be as efficient and productive as possible.

That's why no matter who you are, no matter what your background is, and no matter what your goals are, we can build a plan for you. We will get you where you want to go, faster and safer. Your personal training analysis and plan will include:

Fitness Test
An assessment of your present fitness level including body measurement, body fat testing, resting heart rate, body fat, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, and restructuring of your current fitness system.

Nutritional Consultation
Our nutritionist can help you develop a personal fitness plan for healthy eating and weight management. You will:
  • Learn to eat right
  • Make wise food choices
  • Lose weight and keep it off
  • Reach your goal weight safely
  • Learn how to work with your busy schedule and still eat healthy. Also, learn the importance of balance in your diet and how to get it.

Regular Re-Evaluations
Maintenance plans and regular re-evaluations can be scheduled with your personal trainer every 6-8 weeks as needed.

NATE DRAINNATE DRAIN

Nate was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He moved to Bozeman, Montana at a young age. Nate grew up participating in a wide variety of sports including football, basketball, tennis, golf, and track. To this day, golf is his number one passion. If Nate is not in the gym, he can often be found strolling down the fairway pondering his next club selection. He played football and run track all four years of high school, continuing with track in college until injuries ended his career prematurely.
While attending Montana State University, Nate participated in internships in both Personal Training and Orthopedic Rehabilitation. He helped design, and implement training programs for clientele of various age and fitness levels. Nate instructed and supervised the rehabilitation programs of collegiate football players, skiers, and track athletes. Nate graduated in May 2011 with a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology.
Nate coached high school football all four years of his undergraduate education. In 2010 his team posted a 13-0 record and won a Montana State Championship, the first in school history. He enjoys coaching athletes on the field and in the weight room, helping them take the right steps to achieving their goals. Nate currently coaches strength and speed training, as well as Defensive Backs at George Washington High School.
The spring semester of his junior year, Nate studied abroad in London, England. He took classes in Integrative Exercise Physiology, Sports Injury, and Sports Psychology. These classes were solely research based, which provided him a different insight than those of American colleges. Due in large part to the rewarding experiences abroad, Nate plans to attend Graduate School and pursue a Master’s Degree in Integrative Exercise Physiology.
Nate is a fun and outgoing trainer that loves nothing more than to see people reach and establish new fitness goals.
