AEROBICS
Our Group Exercise lineup is out of control! We have two spacious aerobics studios featuring a specially designed suspended hardwood floor that reduces stress on your joints, making your workout safer and more enjoyable. From Step to TaeBo to Body Pump, we have everything. Learn the basics with our specially designed intro classes. SPINNING
"Johnny G." This efficient, high-energy group exercise class integrates music, camaraderie and visualization in a complete mind/body exercise routine. Participants use specially designed Johnny G Spinner® stationary bikes, manufactured by Schwinn. Put the pedal to the metal in our state of the art Spinning Studio complete with black lights for ambience, a kick-butt stereo system, and fans to keep you cool while you sweat and spin your body into shape. We feature several levels of Spinning including instructional classes for first-timers and higher intensity rides for professionals

MIND/BODY/SPIRIT
Let the spirit move you with a wide variety of alternative and meditative training programs. You'll achieve a perfect balance between body, mind, and soul with classes like Kripalu, Hatha, and Saraswati River Yoga, plus stretching and Mat Pilates..
