We boast a wide variety of group exercise classes from beginner to advanced, including classes that focus on flexibility, body-sculpting, and cardio-tone. That means you have no excuse for not working out. Plus, try Spinning! Brand new to The Aquatic and Fitness Center, Spinning is a unique indoor stationary cycling program that is both fun and challenging. Don't forget our huge Olympic Pool and the variety of classes we offer in the water. Water exercise is a great addition to any fitness plan. AQUAHAB REHABILITATION
If you are suffering from a sports, work, auto injury, or recent joint pain, or stiffness from surgery, you owe it to yourself to get the best care possible. Our counterpart, AquaHab Rehabilitation, offers the fullest range of aquatic and land therapies available anywhere in the tri-state area.
MIND/BODY/SOUL TRAINING SYSTEMS
Let the spirit move you and get with the latest fitness trends with a wide variety of alternative and meditative training programs. You'll achieve a perfect balance between body, mind, and soul with classes in Yoga and Tai Chi. And BRAND NEW to The Aquatic and Fitness Center at Pennypack - Mat Pilates!
AQUATICS
What sets our facility apart from the area's top fitness clubs is our aquatics program. WE HAVE THE LARGEST INDOOR POOL IN THE TRI-STATE AREA! From laps and recreational swimming to swim lessons, deepwater running, hydro-aerobic classes, a "Masters" swim program, and the largest senior water fitness program in the state, this is the place to splash your way to fitness! We offer swim lessons year round. From infants to senior citizens, we have the program for you! Choose from: Parent & Tot, Tot, Youth, or Adult. We offer Group lessons 5 days a week for your convenience. The Aquatic & Fitness Center also offers Private Swim Lessons. These lessons are set up with the instructor of your choice at your convienience. WHIRLPOOL/SAUNA/STEAM ROOM
Unwind from your workout or a long day in our oversized whirlpool, or relax in a full-sized sauna(s).
LOCKER ROOMS
Our Men's and Women's Locker Rooms are full-sized and equipped with lockers, clean, private showers, a steam room and sauna, hairdryers, toiletries, and various amenities to help make your visit with us that much more enjoyable.
BABYSITTING
Work out without worry. For busy parents of young children, we offer the convenience and assurance of on-site babysitting under the guidance of specially trained, friendly staff. Your kids will stay happy and busy with fun toys, activities, and TV while you enjoy a stress free workout.
