AEROBICS
We boast twice as many classes as over half of the city's health centers! That means you have no excuse for not working out. We have two spacious aerobics studios featuring a specially designed suspended hardwood floor that reduces stress on your joints, making your workout safer and more enjoyable. From Step to Kickboxing, Forza, IntenSati to Body Pump, we have everything.
AQUATIC FITNESS
Find new strength in one of our two heated therapy pools. Get motivation and try our instructed water classes like Aqua Cardio Kickbox, Yoga Afloat, Aqua Interval and W.E.T. Program!
MIND/BODY/SPIRIT
Let the spirit move you with a wide variety of alternative and meditative training programs. You'll achieve a perfect balance between body, mind, and soul with classes like Power Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Athletic Yoga, Mat and Allegro Pilates, Belly Dancing and then relax after a workout with a Massage.
DANCE CLASSES
Argentinian TANGO - Every Thursday evening at 7:30pm. Learn the secrets of this intriguing and complex dance in a playful, non-competitive atmosphere. Member Fee - Free, Non-Member Fee $10
