MIND BODY SOUL
The Mind Body Spirit program at The Aquatic and Fitness Center is the most progressive in the area. You'll achieve a perfect balance between body, mind, and soul when you choose from our extensive line up of yoga and mat pilates classes. In addition, we are pleased to offer Personal Pilates training in our state-of-the-art Pilates studio.

Our fully-stocked pro-shop features the hottest trends in fitness-wear, plus accessories for any sport including weight-lifting belts, swimming accessories, and K-Swiss, Gamma, and Prince tennis equipment.
