Class Detail
Aqua Medley is a more challenging cardiovascular workout using the water and various equipment, such as noodles and hydro-bells. This class consists of a 30 minute cardio & weight interval followed by a 15 minute core and low body strength conditioning segment. Aqua Tone really is a fun and effective way to stay in shape, tone muscle, and burn calories in a zero-impact workout.
