Burned & Ripped is a constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement class that is sure to get your body ripped and toned! Combinations of pushing and pulling movements including core exercises, arms, legs, and cardio. This always changing workout never lets your body adapt. Improves bone density, promotes fat-free body mass and will improve your overall quality of life.
