Class Detail
Hatha Yoga focuses on physical and mental strength building exercises and postures. This physically disciplined class emphasizes asanas (yoga poses) and pranayamas (breathing exercises). Most yogas in America today are variations of Hatha Yoga. The goal of all methods of Hatha Yoga is the same even though the style may be slightly different.
