Kundalini Yoga a dynamic style of Yoga which blends vigorous and unusual sequences of postures with strong and powerful breath techniques in order to move energy and awaken the creative force within each individual. In Kundalini we set out to facilitate a deep state of relaxation using meditation and chanting, bhanda, and mudra. Generally, Kundalini Yoga is best for the physically intermediate Yoga student but can be done by even beginners. It can be very challenging physically, mentally, and spiritually but the work that it provides is worth it. This style of Yoga can literally change your life.
