Class Detail
Our certified instructors (and an exercise mat!) will assist you in experiencing challenges similar to those based on the work of Joseph Pilates. With “core conditioning” as the primary focus, you will develop, improve and enhance strength and flexibility of the abdominals and lower back while you enhance muscular balance skills. Great for all ages and fitness levels.
