TRX is a total body resistance training program in which your body is your machine. TRX training develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously by leveraging gravity and body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to increase or decrease resistance. Our TRX instructors often utilize various other pieces of fitness equipment in the workouts, like kettlebells, ropes, medicine balls, etc., to diversify the movements and to challenge the group appropriately.
