Class Detail
Weights in the Water is a low impact, cardio and toning class that works out the whole body without the stress on your joints. Hand held Barbells or “weights” are used for resistance, ankle weights for toning and strengthening, noodles for core work, and the natural 12x the resistance of air that occurs naturally in the water, are all tools used to make Weights in the Water one of the best Aquatics classes offered at AFC.
