RX – KETTLEBELLS – AGILITY DRILLS – ROPES and MORE! The purpose of XM HardCORE is not only to provide one of the best workouts you’ve ever had, but to help the “whole person” get stronger. The training will prepare you to physically and mentally trust yourself, allow you to overcome many self-created limitations which block your way to personal growth, and bring you to a higher level of fitness and performance. HardCORE is about awakening the athlete that lives in everyone. If you believe that you can do something, you can. There is no “I can’t” only “I did”!
