Class Detail
Yoga Flow encompasses so many different styles, but the nature of the flow that Sati teaches brings together Vinyasa (movement) and Hatha (movement and stationary) into a movement-based class which mainly merges forms of the Surya Namaskara (sun salutation), Chandra Namaskara (moon salutation), Maha Namaskara (great salutation), and Ajna Namaskara (third eye salutation) into a class which will challenge and completely relax.
