Your core strength is so important on a physical, emotional, and mental level. Yoga/Pilates Fusion allows you to develop core strength with the use of props and tools that help elongate and lengthen your muscles. Through a variety of Yoga, ballet moves, and Pilates exercises, we will tone and strengthen the entire body. All Yoga/Pilates Fusion classes end with relaxation exercises and a nice stretch to lengthen the muscles and rejuvenate the body and mind.
