This is a small group training class led at the Yoga Wall. Straps hooked to the wall help support your poses, allowing you to deepen your practice and go upside down with support and freedom. All levels welcome. Amazing for those who are looking for a nice deep stretch with the support of the yoga straps. *Pre-registration required.
