Yoga is the physical, mental and spiritual practice originating in ancient India. There are many styles of yoga but most practice Hatha yoga here. The misconception for most is that you have to be able to get wrapped up like a pretzel to participate. This is not so! Yoga is about flexibility of the body, mind, and spirit. Yoga improves all over toning and strength, while trying to attain a state of permanent piece of mind. This exercise allows you to experience ones’ true self.
