Your personal training analysis and plan will include:
An assessment of your present fitness level including body measurement, body fat testing, resting heart rate, body fat, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance, and cardiovascular endurance.
Maintenance plans and regular re-evaluations can be scheduled with your personal trainer every 6-8 weeks as needed.
