What to expect from our Small Group Training program:
Work with our top trainers and get results! Our Small Group program offers the perfect balance between individualized attention of personal training and the social aspect of group fitness. There are a variety of formats for our members to choose from to prevent plateau and boredom. Our trainers will motivate you, class-mates will support each other, and together we create a fun atmosphere that is result focused!
