Your personal training analysis and plan will include:
An assessment of your present fitness level including body measurement, body fat testing, resting heart rate, body fat, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, and restructuring of your current fitness system.
Our nutritionist can help you develop a personal fitness plan for healthy eating and weight management. You will:
- Learn to eat right
- Make wise food choices
- Lose weight and keep it off
- Reach your goal weight safely
- Learn how to work with your busy schedule and still eat healthy. Also, learn the importance of balance in your diet and how to get it.
Maintenance plans and regular re-evaluations can be scheduled with your personal trainer every 6-8 weeks as needed.
