Class Schedule
Grip & Grind Kettlebell with Carlos
Monday & Wednesday - 5:15 pm
This full-body workout focuses on functional movements using kettlebells including swings, snatches, cleans, and presses.
The Training Arc with Artun
Tuesday at 8:30 am
The Training Arc will challenge you through an array of compound barbell, dumbbell and kettlebell exercises focused on enhancing your performance. Strength based design with notes of endurance training - refine the basics of your weighted lifts and introduce you to new exercises.
