I love SGT and actually look forward to showing up each day! There's a great camaraderie in class that pushes us to work harder and achieve our own personal goals. We cheer each other on, which makes it fun. The trainers have all of the equipment set up before class begins, so I can just show up a few seconds beforehand and immediately start working out. The workouts constantly change and you can see that the trainers really hone in on what they think we will benefit from most. The trainers are excellent and very knowledgeable and can easily modify an exercise to better meet an individual's need, if necessary. Each has their own style, and because they are always changing up the workouts and who writes them, I feel like I'm always hitting different muscle groups in different ways. I also enjoy never having to remember how to do an exercise correctly because the trainers are there to help assist or critique my form should it be incorrect or unsafe, as avoiding injury is always a top priority. I'd say SGT is perfect for anyone who is bored of their routine, wanting to gain muscle or lose weight, learn appropriate lifting techniques and various exercises, and meet some really fun friends!
