Train Like An Athlete
A feature on our AFC Bala Group Fitness schedule, Train Like an Athlete focuses on building strength, speed, mobility and conditioning.
Boot Camp
Each of our locations has Boot Camp on the Group Fitness schedule. These classes are designed to get you lean fast! Consisting of Cardio, Strength, and Plyometric Drills, these trainers are designing classes to help you build muscle and decrease body fat.
Big Rig Workout
Featured on our AFC Feasterville Group Fitness Schedule, Big Rig Workout gets you down on the floor with the trainers! Using the Rig and additional equipment, this circuit style class will get you mixing it up with different exercise stations.
