I have been doing Pilates at AFC for around 3 years, and it is extremely rare that there is not another man in the class – something I cannot understand. I suffered from joint stiffness and a painful back as I aged after a very active lifestyle when I was younger. I particularly like AFC because of the large number of instructors, each with a slightly different approach to the class. One can stay with the same instructor every week or vary one's routine by trying a new instructor. I highly recommend Pilates at AFC for men of all ages.
